These Los Idiots (if they are not idiots they are ideologues) at Sports Network can write crap like this because they are stupid. The law does not require police to question “people” about their immigration status if there is a reason to suspect they are in the country illegally.

Los Idiots leave out the fact that police cannot talk to los immigrante unless they have violated the law. The police can only ask for a drivers license if the suspect has violated a civil or criminal law.

Likewise the Suns made their patrons look bad. This was a bad idea and I hope owner Robert Sarver gets punished in the pocketbook. that is the best way to pay him and the team back for this travesty.

The Phoenix Suns waited  until the day before they are going to upset some of their fans to announce that the Suns have voted to speak out against the Arizona Law SB1070 which simply allows police officers to ask for a Drivers License after stopping a suspect who has broken some kind of law. The Suns are composed mostly of people who aren’t American citizens. So, they don’t know our history. They may live in Arizona part-time, but that does not say they know Arizona.

How are they gong to upset the fans? They are going to wear Los Solis (The Suns) on their uniforms. I would not have a problem with the team wearing the Latin flavored uniforms. But when you combine the uniform with a political statement, I say screw you!. I am done.

A lot has been said that shows a lack of understanding what the law says. The law does not allow picking brown skinned people off the street for being brown. Period!

This is a statement by sports companies about the attempt by the state of Arizona to limit the number of illegal immigrants in the state of Arizona. If you are in any other state, this has nothing to do with you!

Baseball is lining up to have fans say “screw you, too!” The players’ union and Diamondback management and the commissioner’s office are all making statements that will have to be more fully explained. Baseball makes it sound like the players are here illegally and/or the players families are here illegally. It is hard to understand exactly what the commissioners office said.

The only thing I would add to this is that these rich, elite, sports buffoons get more credence than the legislators who crafted the bill do. As if it is so that because they can dribble and shoot, they are smarter. That is a bad equation! They are rich babies. They have little experience in the real world. I guarantee you they do not live in the same Phoenix I do.
