Will David Lamar Anthony be executed? Eventually!

The Arizona Supreme Court reviewed the murder conviction of David Lamar Anthony, who was convicted of killing his wife and two children on or about July 7, 2001. Few who are familiar with the case doubt That Anthony was innocent. Now that the bodies were found stuffed into 50 gallon drums and buried in the desert even the Supreme Court Justices said, “The evidence of Anthony’s guilt was sufficient to support the
judgments of conviction. But the issue before us is not whether
the jury was justified in its verdict or even whether we would
reach the same result. Rather, we must determine whether the
State has demonstrated that the verdict was “surely
unattributable“ to the allegation that Anthony had molested his
step-daughter.”  I have no training in the law, so I have no opinion about the opinion. I can say, when this wretched human gets convicted again and again gets sentenced to die I will be cheering. I have no doubt that the tax payers tax money that gets squandered on that trial will be well mis-spent.

    I just wish I didn’t have to go through the trial process again. I was one of his defense team’s first witnesses. I worked for David and Donna for a number of years as their computer consultant. I was in there house the entire week after he murdered them. I answered the door when the Sheriff’s Deputies came asking questions about Donna and the kids’ disappearances. I just wish it were still ‘all over’
